eMM's alerts for media content in sources such as TV and radio, press, online news, podcasts, web TV, and social TV help you stay informed about any mentions on topics of your interest just as they happen. Receive information in real time, gain situational awareness about your company or brand, and decide if any prompt communication or business actions are needed.

Alerts work for search profiles preset by you. As soon as the eMM Dart platform detects a new mention of a relevant topic in the selected media, an alert is sent to you including the name of the channel or source, the date, time, the name of the program (for TV and radio), a snippet of the news transcript with the detected keyword, and a link to play the audio or video or to read the text of the news item. In addition to receiving alerts in real time, eMM Dart platform also allows you to set up customized alert reception schedules if you wish. This enables you to set your preferred notification time, for example if you want to receive alerts with the latest news every hour instead of in real time.
